Campaign-wide or event-specific awards are excluded from this limit. A large non-profit is identified as a non-profit with an annual budget of $100,000.00 or more. A small non-profit is identified as a non-profit with an annual budget of less than $100,000.00. For hourly prizes awarded based on the highest number of "individual donors," individuals who donate more than once within the hour will not be counted twice. Award start and end times are based on Eastern Standard Time.
